The full story
I turned a complex product into clearer guidance, practical use cases and role-specific communication.
The problem behind the product
The value was hard to grasp, and prospects worried AI might replace their expertise.
Mool.ai could help research-heavy professionals work faster, but the value was not always obvious at first. Prospects often worried that AI would replace people. New users also needed help understanding where the product fitted into their work.
The founder frequently explained an important idea in client calls: the product was built to support experts, not replace them. My work was to turn that idea into marketing and onboarding people could use without a live explanation.
What I made
A 26-page Quick Start Guide and role-specific messaging across five communication formats.
I owned a 26-page Quick Start Guide from structure to final delivery. I wrote the copy, chose the use cases, mapped the walkthroughs, selected screenshots, created sample prompts, coordinated design and managed stakeholder review.
I also carried the same story into product decks, webinars and emails, adapting examples for different professional roles instead of presenting the product as one generic AI tool.
- Clear start points for new users
- Role-specific use cases
- Screenshots and sample prompts
- Consistent support-not-replacement messaging

The guide was a 26-page resource I created and owned end to end. I carried its positioning into five communication formats: the guide, decks, webinars, email and outbound.
